About the Role

Android Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced Android applications using

  Kotlin

  , integrating services like SIM activation, eSIM provisioning, bill payments (BBPS), and food ordering.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to define and deliver new features.
• Ensure optimal application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Handle external data sources and APIs (REST/GraphQL) for dynamic content and service integration.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Work on modular codebases and maintain clean architecture practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and contribute to documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience with

  Kotlin-based Android development

  .
• Solid understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components, MVVM architecture, and lifecycle-aware components.
• Experience with

  Room, LiveData, ViewModel, Retrofit

  , and

  DataStore

  .
• Knowledge of

  Firebase tools

  (Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config).
• Experience integrating

  payment gateways

  order management systems

  , and

  telecom APIs

  is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and unit testing skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices, version control (Git), and Agile methodology.
