We are looking to scale our product and infrastructure rapidly while ensuring smooth user experience, monetization flows, and backend scalability.

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer with strong command over Android Native development and Laravel (PHP) backend, who can build robust user-facing features and also manage backend logic, data flows, and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
Android Native DevelopmentBuild and maintain advanced Android applications (Java/Kotlin).

Ensure compliance with Google Play Store policies, release cycles, and crash-free builds.

Integrate third-party SDKs like Firebase, analytics, and video players.

Optimize app performance and ensure responsiveness.

Payment & Monetization
Implement UPI, wallet, and card-based payment gateway integrations.

Work closely with product teams to manage subscription flows (freemium, AVOD).

Backend Development
Design and develop RESTful APIs using PHP (Laravel).

Manage MySQL databases, write optimized queries, and handle data migrations.

Implement user authentication, CMS modules, and reporting dashboards.

DevOps & Infrastructure
Integrate Firebase for crash reporting, analytics, and push notifications.

Ensure app scalability, manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP experience is a plus).

Bonus / Good to Have:
Experience with MongoDB / NoSQL databases.

Prior work on OTT platforms, media apps, or subscription products.

Understanding of CDN, media transcoding.

Technical Skills Required:

Payment Gateway APIs (Razorpay, Paytm, Google Pay, etc.)
