AI/ML Developer

Experience - 3+ Years Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models tailored to project requirements. Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection. Implement and fine-tune algorithms for performance optimization. Train models using large and complex datasets. Evaluate model accuracy and perform iterative improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts. Test and validate application performance in real-world scenarios. Prepare documentation and reports for model development and testing. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development. Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch. Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. Expertise in data preprocessing, model training, and validation techniques. Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git). Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
