AI/ML Developer

About the Role:

• We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Developer to join the core product team of QAPilot.io. The ideal candidate should come from a product-based or AI-first company, with a strong academic background from institutes like IITs, NITs, IIITs, or other Tier-1 engineering colleges. You will work on real-world AI problems related to test automation, software quality, and predictive engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for intelligent QA automation
• Work on algorithms for test case optimization, bug prediction, pattern recognition, and data-driven QA insights
• Apply techniques from supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and deep learning
• Integrate ML models into the product using scalable and production-ready code
• Continuously improve model performance through experimentation and feedback loops
• Collaborate with full-stack developers, product managers, and QA experts
• Explore LLMs, transformers, and generative AI for advanced test data generation and analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MS in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields from IIT/NIT/IIIT or other top-tier institutes
• 3+ years of experience as an AI/ML Developer, preferably in product or AI-centric companies
• Strong proficiency in Python, ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience in NLP, LLMs, or generative AI (preferred)
• Hands-on with ML lifecycle: data wrangling, model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLFlow, Docker, Airflow, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Prior exposure to software testing, DevOps, or developer tooling is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and curiosity to solve open-ended problems
• Portfolio, GitHub, or project links demonstrating AI/ML expertise are desirable
