Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT training or teaching, Strong foundational knowledge and a passion for AI are encouraged to apply.

About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned AI/ML expert and educator to lead our Train-the-Trainer program. You’ll design multi-level AI/ML curriculums, deliver hands-on training, and mentor new instructors. If you’re passionate about teaching and working at the cutting edge of AI, this is your chance to shape the future of AI education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & deliver AI/ML/Automation training (Beginner to Advanced).
• Build teaching materials: labs, slide decks, assessments, and trainer guides.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and “train-the-trainer” sessions.
• Mentor instructors and ensure content quality & learner outcomes.
• Engage in community events, research updates, and publishing content.

What You’ll Need:

• 3-7+ years in AI/ML & automation (Python, PyTorch, scikit-learn, UiPath).
• Teaching/training experience (bootcamps, university, corporate).
• Strong in software practices: Git, testing, Docker, API frameworks.
• Bonus: MLOps tools, cloud AI (AWS, Azure, GCP), instructional design certs.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, AI/ML or related field
