About the Role: We're seeking a seasoned AI/ML expert and educator to lead our Train-the-Trainer program. You’ll design multi-level AI/ML curriculums, deliver hands-on training, and mentor new instructors. Key Responsibilities: Design & deliver AI/ML/Automation training (Beginner to Advanced). Build teaching materials: labs, slide decks, assessments, and trainer guides. Conduct workshops, webinars, and “train-the-trainer” sessions. Mentor instructors and ensure content quality & learner outcomes. Engage in community events, research updates, and publishing content. What You’ll Need: 3-7+ years in AI/ML & automation (Python, PyTorch, scikit-learn, UiPath). Teaching/training experience (bootcamps, university, corporate). Strong in software practices: Git, testing, Docker, API frameworks. Bonus: MLOps tools, cloud AI (AWS, Azure, GCP), instructional design certs.
