Job Summary:

AI & IoT Engineer

You will conduct sessions, guide hands-on labs, mentor learners, and help them apply AI & IoT concepts in real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured training programs on AI/ML and IoT (sensors, microcontrollers, platforms).
• Design and deliver hands-on labs and project-based learning activities.
• Create and update course materials including slides, assignments, quizzes, and project documentation.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to learners, ensuring their progress and understanding.
• Evaluate learner performance and support certification or assessment processes.
• Stay updated with current technologies and incorporate relevant tools and trends into the curriculum.
• Organize and participate in internal workshops, webinars, tech talks, and bootcamps.
• Coordinate with the academic or training team to align sessions with learning outcomes.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with IoT devices and platforms (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, NodeMCU, etc.).
• Understanding of communication protocols like MQTT, HTTP, and Bluetooth.
• Clear and engaging communication skills with a flair for teaching and simplifying complex concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create engaging learning materials and mentor effectively.
• Eagerness to continuously learn and improve training methodologies.
