Perform cross-platform testing for Android and iOS devices (real and emulators/simulators). Ensure apps follow usability and accessibility standards. Contribute to defining and continuously improving QA best practices. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 4+ years of experience in mobile app testing (Manual + Automation). Proven experience with Ionic , React Native , and Native Android/iOS apps . Proficient in UI test automation using Appium (mandatory), and familiarity with Playwright , Detox , or Selenium . Solid understanding of mobile testing strategies, test pyramid, and parallel device testing. Strong hands-on experience with JIRA , test case writing, defect lifecycle, and test coverage. Knowledge of test management tools like TestRail , Zephyr , or Xray . Familiarity with deployment tools and CI/CD workflows (e.g., Jenkins, Bitrise, GitHub Actions). Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban). Description: The Senior Manager, Procurement HEOR is responsible for development of robust global category strategy, including defining buying channels, purchasing policies as well as managing supplier relationships and driving project execution. Overview: Process Excellence & Automation : Process Excellence Practitioner Position Overview This role is in the newly formed ‘Process Excellence & Transformation’ function in PepsiCo’s Strategy & Transformation team focused on driving Process Excellence and Re-engineering initiatives for end to end value streams and business processes. The objective of the role is to lead process diagnostics and re-engineering to deliver business impact through operations excellence, standardization and automation initiatives across markets including those supported by our global Capability Centers.
