Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and enthusiastic Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in affiliate or performance marketing. You will be responsible for onboarding and managing publishers, optimizing campaign performance, and supporting the business development team in scaling CPA/CPL partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate partners and publishers.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing affiliates partners to maximize performance.

Optimize CPA/CPL (Mobile & Web) campaigns by monitoring metrics and suggesting improvements.

Conduct thorough market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends.

Analyse affiliate data and prepare reports for internal & external stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Assist in the planning and execution of strategies to scale affiliate partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 6 months of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.

Solid understanding of CPA/CPL marketing models.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.

Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools is an advantage.

A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
