Senior AEM Author

with over 5 years of hands-on experience in AEM authoring and Digital Asset Management (DAM). The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of SEO best practices, a detail-oriented mindset for content QA, and the ability to manage content within the Adobe Experience Manager platform. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, quality, and consistency across digital platforms. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining QA checklists to ensure high standards for all published content.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AEM authoring tasks including content creation, updates, structuring, and optimizations.
  • Maintain and organize digital assets within the DAM for efficient access and use.
  • Ensure SEO principles are implemented across metadata, content structure, and on-page elements.
  • Perform rigorous QA of web pages, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and alignment with brand and business standards.
  • Create and manage comprehensive testing checklists for web content quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to execute timely and precise content changes.
  • Leverage AEM components, templates, workflows, and tools like Content Fragments and Experience Fragments.
  • Conduct regular content audits for SEO compliance and performance optimization.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather content requirements and manage project priorities.

Required Qualifications & Must-Have Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an AEM Authoring role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.4 or higher), with deep knowledge of taxonomy, DAM, templates, and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategies and how to implement them within AEM.
  • Demonstrated experience in content QA and ability to build and follow structured testing processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Content Fragments and Experience Fragments.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to support content formatting and design consistency.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills in managing digital content and assets.
  • Strong communication skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Familiarity with AEM Forms, AEM Sites, and related modules.
  • Experience working within Agile development workflows.
  • Exposure to digital marketing strategies and conversion rate optimization.
