• Responsible for the end-to-end student admission cycle, handling student inquiries effectively.
• Explain the available IT courses and payment plans to the candidate and resolve their doubts and queries accordingly.
• Following up with the candidate for joining the course/ program and for the payment.
• Making follow-up calls for due payments from the candidates.
• Timely updating and scheduling of upcoming batches to all the concerned team members, trainers, and students.
• Achieving targets set by the Reporting Manager.
• Maintain an MIS of the students who have taken admissions or have made inquiries
• Enhances the admissions department and the institute's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests for admissions.
• Any other work allotted by the Reporting Manager.
• Any graduate with excellent communication and confidence.
• Strong convincing skills.
