The role requires handling documentation, filling out visa forms accurately, coordinating with clients and consulates, and ensuring a smooth application process. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and submit visa applications for countries such as Canada, UK, Schengen countries, etc. Guide clients on required documentation, forms, and timelines. Fill out online and offline visa forms with complete accuracy. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies and embassy requirements. Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa agents for appointments and follow-ups. Track the status of submitted applications and update clients regularly. Maintain records of all applications, receipts, and client communications. Assist with biometrics appointment booking, medicals, police clearance, etc. Skills & Requirements: Strong understanding of visa types (tourist, student) Attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation and form filling. Good communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. Familiarity with online portals such as VFS, IRCC, etc. Proficient in MS Office and online data entry systems. Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company. Explain visa and immigration services for countries like Canada, Australia, the UK, etc. Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Assess clients’ eligibility based on basic criteria and transfer leads to counselors. Maintain client database and update call records regularly. Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls and appointments. Answer queries related to immigration policies and visa documentation (basic level).
