Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin cum Purchase Executive to manage daily office administration, procurement, collections, and accounts. The role requires a responsible individual capable of multitasking with strong follow-up and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Administration: Manage office operations, documentation, and filing systems. Coordinate with vendors for office utilities and upkeep. Assist senior management in scheduling and official communications. Identify and manage vendors for raw materials, consumables, and services. Issue purchase orders and track deliveries. Maintain inventory and purchase records. Negotiate rates and delivery schedules with suppliers. Support the accounts team with documentation and reconciliation. Follow up with clients for timely payments and collection updates. Maintain basic records in Excel or Tally.
