Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Books entries for all group entities. 3. Online Payment Processing. 4. Outward remittances preparation and settlement with the bank. 5. Banks to be Update and reconciliation 6. Weekly Cash report preparation 7. Credit Card entries and reconciliation 8. Ensure all monthly and Annual payments on time like Electricity, Credit card payment, Insurances, Telephone bills etc. 9. Preparation of Expense Ledger schedule and variance analysis. 10. Should have knowledge of GST Inputs and TDS Deductions for making the entries in books. 11. should have knowledge of GST & TDS return filing. 12. should have good writing skills for replying to the AP emails. 13. prepare monthly accrual & prepaid schedule and accounting of the same 14. Prepare Interest accrued & Interest income schedule and accounting of the same. 15. Maintain FAR and accounting of FA. 16. knowledge of monthly Books closure activity for accounts payable. 17. Vendor reconciliation and balance confirmation. 18. Vendor Ageing report Qualification and experience required: B.com and MBA-finance / CA Inter 4 – 5 years’ experience in Accountancy / Finance Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives Hands on Tally ERP.9 Preference if have worked on Navision Dynamics Hands on GST & TDS Tax compliance Good Communication Skills. Expert command on MS Office (Excel, Word) Proactively questions current practices, ability to identify root cause and corrective actions and drive improvements.
