𝐋𝐭𝐝. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented “𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐮𝐦 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧” professional to handle both financial and administrative responsibilities at our Solar & Wind O&M sites . 📝 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 Manage daily accounting: invoice processing, petty cash, vendor reconciliation, payments Track project budgets , manage cash flow Process RA & final bills of contractors/subcontractors Conduct site audits for financial accuracy Manage expenses for guest house, cab, food Handle local labor payments 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 Maintain site records & reports Coordinate with Head Office for approvals Handle site logistics & basic HR documentation Ensure smooth on-site operations 📌 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 B.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance 𝟐–𝟓 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of relevant experience Strong skills in Excel & financial reporting Experience with SAP (preferred) Ability to work independently at remote sites Immediate joining or within 15 days 🏢 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 Location: Chotila, Gujarat ( 60 km from Rajkot , 250 km from Ahmedabad ) Barmer, Rajasthan ( near Jaisalmer ) Employment Type: Third-party payroll via Globalscient Business Solutions Pvt.
