Accountant cum Admin (Female)

Key Responsibilities: Data Entry and Record Keeping: Entering financial data into accounting software and maintaining organized financial records. Report Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, statements, and other necessary documents. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Supporting the processing of invoices, payments, and related tasks. Reconciliations: Reconciling bank statements, financial records, and other accounts. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting with budget preparation, expense tracking, and forecasting. Audit Support: Supporting audits by organizing documents and providing information. Research and Analysis: Researching accounting regulations and standards, and assisting in data analysis. General Support: Providing administrative support to the accounting department, such as filing, organizing documents, and handling correspondence. Software Proficiency: Gaining experience with various accounting software systems. Specific Tasks: Assisting with journal entries. Preparing invoices and expense reports. Monitoring discrepancies in payments and accounting records. Working with vendors and assisting in vendor management. Helping with month-end and year-end closing processes. Providing assistance to the accounting team with various accounting tasks. Skills and Qualifications: Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP. Strong mathematical skills. Familiarity with accounting software. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
