Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, Accounts Fresher, Manager Accounts, or Recruitment Executive located in Navi Mumbai. The day-to-day tasks include managing accounts, financial reporting, recruitment processes, and administrative duties. Additionally, the role involves supporting business operations through effective communication and collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Managerial Accounting skills
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the technology and consulting industry is a plus
