Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Business Development
ï‚· Manage the institute as a standalone profit center, meeting or exceeding sales revenue and profit targets.
ï‚· Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve admission targets.
ï‚· Identify and secure corporate, institutional, and partnership opportunities (e.g., tie-ups with colleges, schools, and educational centers).
ï‚· Implement revenue-generating activities and business growth strategies.
ï‚· Manage staff attrition, aiming to keep turnover below 2% annually.
Academic & Operational Excellence as a Team leader
ï‚· Oversee admission procedures, student induction, and batch formation.
ï‚· Plan, implement, and monitor class schedules, teaching timetables, and academic standards.
ï‚· Ensure high-quality education delivery and student satisfaction.
ï‚· Monitor staff performance, maintain discipline, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Financial Management
ï‚· Manage cash flows, receivables, and payables to ensure financial stability.
ï‚· Monitor budget performance and implement cost-control measures.
ï‚· Provide regular financial and operational reports to the Regional Manager
ï‚·
Marketing & Branding
ï‚· Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities in collaboration with the corporate marketing team.
 Enhance the institute’s visibility through local advertising and strategic partnerships & Social Media ( Facebook, Instagram) Etc
ï‚· Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Administrative & Compliance
ï‚· Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and institutional policies.
ï‚· Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
ï‚· Oversee institute cleanliness, hygiene, and overall facility management.
ï‚· Regularly review sales strategies and provide actionable insights to the team.
ï‚· Monitor operational capacity and optimize resource utilization.
ï‚· Conduct staff reviews, identify talent, and support career development plans.
Additional Responsibilities:
ï‚· Handle special assignments as directed by the Head of Operations and Management.
ï‚· Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
ï‚· Foster a positive, engaging, and motivating work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
 Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
ï‚· Proven leadership experience in educational management, sales, or operations.
ï‚· Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth.
ï‚· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
ï‚· Ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and implement strategic initiatives.
ï‚· Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with educational management software.
