Are you an architect with 6–8 years of experience, a passion for design excellence, and strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp? Do you have a solid understanding of local building bye-laws and the ability to lead projects independently?

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 architectural projects from concept to completion.

𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 project timelines, and deliverables.

𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 detailed drawings, models, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

𝗘𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 compliance with building codes and local bye-laws.

𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 construction documentation and providing site support when needed.

We’re Looking For:

B.Arch / M.Arch with 𝟲–𝟴 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of relevant experience.

Proven track record in leading architectural projects.

High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Good working knowledge of local building bye-laws and development norms.

Strong communication, and organizational skills.
