Zoho Engineer

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions across various Zoho applications including Zoho One, Zoho People, Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books.
• Customize Zoho apps with Deluge Script, workflows, and advanced automations.
• Integrate Zoho applications with internal and external systems via REST/JSON APIs.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Java, HTML, and CSS.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Zoho systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and implement effective solutions.
• Provide training and ongoing technical support to end-users.
• Continuously explore and implement new technologies such as Cloud Telephony and CRM optimization.
  

Must-Have

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience working extensively with Zoho platforms.
• Strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Deluge scripting.
• Proficiency in Java, HTML, and CSS for frontend development.
• Solid experience integrating systems using RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Agile, proactive, and energetic with a strong ability to work collaboratively.

• Prior experience in creating end-to-end automation workflows.
• Familiarity with advanced CRM and ERP functionalities.
