Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Zoho CRM Developer to join our team as we transition from Salesforce to Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizing, integrating, and optimizing Zoho CRM for business process automation and improved user experience. Experience with Salesforce CRM is considered an added advantage, as it will support a smooth migration and help align the new system with existing workflows. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end migration from Salesforce to Zoho CRM, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations. Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, and automation to match evolving business needs. Design and implement automated workflows, blueprints, and business processes using Zoho applications. Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party tools, internal systems, and external platforms via APIs, webhooks, and custom functions. Conduct data migration and validation tasks, ensuring clean data transition from SFDC to Zoho. Provide training, onboarding, and support to end users and stakeholders throughout the transition phase. Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with data security policies and industry standards throughout the Zoho ecosystem. Proactively identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and system inefficiencies. Stay current with Zoho updates, best practices, and new feature rollouts to continually enhance the CRM platform. Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM development and customization. Proficiency in Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and Zoho API integrations. Experience in data migration projects, preferably from Salesforce to Zoho. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, custom objects, workflows, etc.) is a plus. Strong understanding of third-party integrations and RESTful APIs. Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (preferred but not mandatory). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
