Role Summary

As an L2 Windows Administrator, you will manage day-to-day operations, incident resolution, change execution, and server maintenance in a hybrid physical-virtual environment. This includes system troubleshooting, patching, server provisioning, vulnerability remediation, and supporting Data Center and DR activities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle ITSM tasks (Incidents, Requests, Changes, Problems)
Monitor and respond to alerts; perform server builds and OS hardening
Troubleshoot OS, hardware, Hyper-V/VMware, clustering, and storage issues
Execute patching, backups, racking/cabling, and disaster recovery procedures
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on escalations and fixes
Document SOPs and contribute to knowledge base and service improvement

Qualifications & Competencies

Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT or related field
Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in dynamic environments
ITIL knowledge is a plus
