About The Opportunity

Join a leading player in the Information Technology and Services sector, operating at the forefront of enterprise IT solutions in India. We are expanding our on-site IT team with a focus on robust and secure infrastructure management. This is an excellent opportunity for IT professionals to engage in a dynamic work environment where innovation and excellence are at the core of daily operations.Role & Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Windows server environments ensuring optimal performance and high availability.
Manage Active Directory services, including user/group administration and Group Policy configurations.
Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and system checks.
Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular performance tuning to ensure system reliability.
Coordinate with the IT team to implement security updates, patches, and backup routines.
Assist in planning and performing disaster recovery tests and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have: Proven experience in Windows Server Administration with hands-on expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy management.
Must-Have: Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for task automation and system management.
Must-Have: Excellent troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of network protocols and security best practices.
Preferred: Experience with virtualization platforms, such as Hyper-V, and exposure to cloud-based environments like Azure.
Preferred: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA) and a track record of working in a collaborative IT team.
