Web Developer – On-site (Gurugram) Company: Vadway Media Pvt Ltd Location: Gurugram, Haryana Job Type: Full-time | On-site only Experience: 1–3 years (preferred) About Us Vadway Media Pvt Ltd is a branding and marketing company focused on helping brands scale through innovative strategies and measurable outcomes. Role Overview We are seeking a Web Developer who can confidently create landing pages and e-commerce websites , manage daily tasks efficiently , and work collaboratively on-site . Your work will include both coded and no-code platforms (like Framer, WordPress, Wix, etc.), depending on the project’s need. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain responsive landing pages and e-commerce websites • Use platforms like Framer, WordPress, Wix , or traditional coding to execute projects efficiently • Implement UI/UX designs with a keen eye for user experience and conversion optimization • Manage web hosting, domains , and basic infrastructure setup • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to meet project goals • Handle multiple tasks daily , ensuring timely and high-quality delivery • Troubleshoot and debug issues promptly What We’re Looking For • Hands-on experience in creating websites and landing pages using code and/or no-code platforms • Strong sense of UI/UX design , conversion-focused development, and performance optimization • Familiarity with hosting environments and domain-hosting management • Ability to deliver fast, effective solutions with minimal hand-holding • Not looking for someone to “learn on the job” — we want someone who’s already done this work • Solid understanding of web performance, mobile responsiveness, and security basics • Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently under tight timelines • Team player, punctual, and proactive in problem-solving Bonus (but not mandatory): • Experience with Shopify, Webflow, or custom CMS setups • Familiarity with basic SEO or marketing integrations (like GTM, FB Pixel, etc.) Eligibility • No mandatory degree requirement – skill and experience matter more • Must be available for full-time, on-site work at our Gurugram office
