We are looking for a skilled and proactive PHP/Laravel Developer to manage and enhance our real estate platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building new features, optimizing performance , and creating lead-generation workflows that help scale our digital presence and drive business growth. Role & responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using PHP and Laravel framework . Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to build conversion-driven landing pages and lead forms. Integrate APIs, CRMs, and third-party services to support marketing automation and user tracking. Ensure the website is fast, responsive, SEO-friendly , and secure at all times. Troubleshoot, debug, and improve performance across the platform. Implement features like user login, property listings, lead capture forms , and admin dashboards. Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code. Preferred candidate profile 4-6 years of experience in PHP, Laravel , and MySQL Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs Experience with version control (Git) and basic server handling Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics is a plus Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
