Web Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Strategy

o Develop high-quality written content for newsletters, blogs, whitepapers, award submissions, and sales collateral.

o Write and storyboard content for strategic campaigns including thought leadership, customer journeys, and lead generation initiatives.

o Deliver a minimum of six original, insight-driven articles monthly to support B2B and B2C strategies.

• Visual Design & Brand Consistency

o Design engaging visual assets including social media graphics, pitch decks, infographics, brochures, event materials, and sales toolkits.

o Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice across all touchpoints.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce visually compelling presentations, case studies, and marketing assets.

• Internal & External Communication

o Support internal communications by managing content for the Workplace intranet and assisting in the creation of internal campaigns and materials.

o Work alongside the Head of Communications to ensure messaging is aligned and impactful.

o Enhance brand visibility and employer reputation across platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Feefo.

• Market & Trend Awareness

o Stay informed about talent, recruitment, and technology trends to shape content that resonates with audiences.

o Bring fresh ideas to content formats and visual storytelling based on evolving industry standards.
