Warehouse Team Leader

1. Outbound Operations & Fulfillment

· Supervise order processing, picking, packing, invoicing and handover to logistics partners

· Ensure correct SKU dispatch and packaging standards across all channels

· Monitor shipping SLAs and ensure timely fulfillment and scanning updates

2. Manpower Management

· Manage and allocate tasks to warehouse staff (pickers, packers, scanners) based on workload

· Ensure adherence to shift timings and productivity benchmarks

· Conduct regular team huddles and briefings

3. Logistics Coordination

· Coordinate with last-mile delivery partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, Amazon, Flipkart)

· Ensure dispatch documentation (manifest, invoice, AWB) is generated and reconciled daily

· Resolve courier partner escalations related to delayed pickups or delivery discrepancies

4. Inventory & Reporting

· Coordinate with inward and stock team for daily order requirement visibility

· Maintain daily dispatch reports and forward fulfillment dashboards

· Flag SKU mismatch, stockouts and RTO risks

5. Compliance & Audit Readiness

· Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed in outbound areas

· Maintain hygiene, labeling and packaging SOP compliance

· Keep area audit-ready for marketplace and internal checks

6. Team Training & Process Efficiency

· Train new team members on outbound workflows and system tools

· Implement process improvements to enhance order processing speed and reduce errors

· Support the Warehouse Manager in shift planning and peak sale preparedness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
