Warehouse Team Leader

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations and lead a team of warehouse associates with immediate joiner. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing a warehouse floor, ensuring timely order processing, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met for productivity, accuracy, and safety
• Ensure proper inventory control and stock accuracy through regular audits
• Allocate workloads and assign duties to warehouse staff
• Train and mentor new team members
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Report daily operational updates to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a team lead role
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Working knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is a plus
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Flexible to work in shifts as per operational requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
