Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities:Warehouse & Kitchen Operations:

• Oversee the setup and management of back kitchen operations to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
• Establish and maintain SOPs for back kitchen operations to optimize efficiency and compliance.
  

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to FSSAI guidelines and compliances.
• Implement and monitor FOSTAC processes, ensuring adherence to food safety protocols.
  

Audit & Documentation:

• Manage and maintain relevant documentation, including inventory records and quality control reports, within the system.
• Handle internal and external audits, ensuring all standards and regulations are met.
  

Vendor & Inventory Management:

• Vendor finding for fresh raw materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Vendor onboarding and negotiations to establish long-term supplier partnerships.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for efficient stock management and timely procurement.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
  

Experience in Food Manufacturing:

• Preferred candidates will have experience in handling central kitchens for D2C food brands or working with large-scale food manufacturers like Britannia or Parle.
  

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and quality assurance, to align on goals and ensure seamless execution.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the FnB industry, with expertise in central kitchen or warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of FSSAI and FOSTAC compliances.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining SOPs for food production and storage.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
