Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 support for virtualization platforms including

  VMware vSphere

  ,

  vSAN

  , and

  Dell vXRail

  .
• Manage and troubleshoot issues related to

  hyper-converged infrastructure

  and

  enterprise storage

  , especially

  Pure Storage Arrays

  and

  Metro clusters

  .
• Ensure stable operations of virtualized environments across data centers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support and maintain

  cloud and hybrid cloud infrastructures

  .
• Contribute to the design and implementation of enterprise architecture.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolution of complex technical issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.
• Follow and contribute to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
