Role Responsibilities Design and edit engaging video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Create visually appealing graphics for promotional materials, social media posts, and digital assets. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content goals and execution timelines. Develop storyboards for video projects to ensure a clear understanding of the final product. Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop for video editing and graphic design. Ensure all video and graphic content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies. Incorporate animations, effects, and sound to enhance video presentations. Review and optimize video content based on audience engagement metrics. Stay updated with current design trends and technologies within the industry. Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new projects. Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborate with content creators to ensure seamless video production. Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards of video and graphic output. Participate in feedback sessions to refine and improve content quality. Assist with the maintenance and organization of digital media assets for easy access. Adapt existing content for various formats to maximize reach and accessibility. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Graphic Design, or a related field. Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer. Strong portfolio showcasing previous video and graphic projects. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro. Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software. Solid understanding of color theory and typography. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. Ability to adapt and implement feedback effectively. Familiarity with various video formats and publication standards. Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for video marketing. Understanding of SEO principles related to video content. Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends in video production and graphic design.
