 Job Description 

Nyagrodhah Futures Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Engineering to lead its technical vision and execution. The ideal candidate will come from an Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering background and possess strong leadership capabilities, deep technical expertise, and a passion for innovation.

This role is crucial to scaling the company’s technology infrastructure and aligning engineering efforts with long-term business goals.

 Responsibilities 

Lead, grow, and inspire a world-class engineering team

Drive end-to-end technical strategy, architecture, and system scalability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery

Establish and maintain engineering best practices, development standards, and agile processes

Monitor performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement

Encourage a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and accountability

 Qualifications 

Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (Ph.D. or Master’s preferred)

Demonstrated experience in senior engineering leadership roles

Deep understanding of modern systems, architecture, and engineering principles

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
