Vendor Sourcing Specialist

Location - Onsite - Jaipur Key Responsibilities Identify Qualify Vendors: Identify and qualify potential suppliers of trucking aftermarket parts (e.g.,engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical components, body parts, etc.). Assess potential vendors based on factors such as product quality, production capacity, delivery timelines, and pricing competitiveness.  Execute sourcing/re-sourcing projects Create quote packages quickly and distribute to pre-existing and potential new suppliers Continuously follow-up for complete and timely responses Summarize results within allotted projected timeline with sourcing recommendations Support follow-up inquiries from quality, purchasing, product development or other needs. Execute preliminary negotiations Provide project/timeline summaries suitable for presentation to management  Build Relationships Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing suppliers. Conduct initial meetings for new vendors and meet with existing vendors as needed. Facilitate communication and collaboration between suppliers and our internal teams.  Market Analysis Gather market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics. Provide regular updates and reports on market conditions and the competitive landscape. Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) in vendor sourcing and procurement Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify high-quality suppliers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, both written and oral Ability to work independently and proactively. Strong Excel skills Show more Show less
