Valuation Analyst

• Participates in financial due diligence activities, pre-IPO assessments on pending M&A transactions and corporate restructurings in South-east Asia
• Conducts independent valuation for businesses, tangible, intangible assets and financial instruments includes equity and debt securities for financial reporting compliance, corporate restructuring and financial advisory.
• Prepares and reviews impairment assessments on subsidiaries, tangible, intangible assets, valuation of PPE and financial instruments for financial reporting compliance.
• Assist in report preparations, proposals and internal presentations.
• erforms comparable publicly-traded company research; conduct analysis on competitive industries and financial conditions of peer companies.
• Ad-hoc duties that was assigned by Business Unit

Educational & Other Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• Professional qualifications like CA, CFA, or ACCA.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and IAS.
• 2–3 years of professional valuation experience (audit firm experience is a plus).Preferred Skills:
• Advanced accounting degrees & proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team or virtual setting.
