Tax & Audit Compliance Job Title: Tax Executive – Compliance Location: Vadodara Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in CA Firm Education: M.Com / MBA / CA Inter / CA Role Summary: The Income Tax Executive is responsible for managing the company’s income tax-related tasks. This includes preparing tax returns, handling direct tax issues, coordinating with auditors, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review income tax calculations as per current laws. File income tax returns and other required documents on time. Keep proper records and supporting documents for all tax-related matters. Respond to tax department notices and assist in assessments. Collect necessary financial data from internal departments for tax work. Work closely with the Tax team and auditors on all tax issues. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and assess their impact. Help in computing advance tax and deferred tax. Keep track of TDS payments and ensure timely and accurate TDS filing. Requirements: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in direct taxation, preferably in a CA firm. Good knowledge of the Income Tax Act and compliance procedures. Familiarity with TDS provisions and Form 16/16A. Experience using accounting software and tax filing tools.
