User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to understand product requirements and create UAT test cases.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed UAT test plans and scenarios.
• Identify, report, and track defects and inconsistencies, ensuring thorough documentation.
• Validate end-to-end business workflows, data integrity, and system integration.
• Ensure deliverables meet business and functional requirements before go-live.
• Work from a secure clean room as per compliance and data confidentiality guidelines.
• Provide daily updates, raise blockers early, and support business users during UAT cycles.

Required Skills:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in UAT, QA, or related testing roles.
• Strong SQL Experince
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, TestRail).
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with Healthcare or FinTech systems preferred.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
