This role focuses on working on Non-IT requirements, ensuring high-quality candidate delivery. Key Responsibilities Proactively source, screen, and engage top talent for Engineering, Construction, Finance, Banking, Automotive, Legal, and other Non-IT roles. Take ownership of Non-IT requirements, identifying fresh talent pools and ensuring quality submissions. Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies across LinkedIn RPS, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other job boards. Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to prioritize urgent and hard-to-fill roles. Maintain and update candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) while ensuring an efficient hiring process. Drive results by achieving and exceeding hiring goals & KPIs.
