Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven US Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing and placing candidates in non-IT domains such as healthcare, manufacturing, finance, engineering, logistics, and administrative roles. This position requires a strong understanding of the US job market and various hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099).

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for

  non-IT roles

  across industries such as healthcare, accounting, logistics, engineering, and more.
• Work with Account Managers/Clients to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, internal ATS, and social media platforms for sourcing.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
• Negotiate compensation packages and close candidates.
• Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and hiring practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment, with a focus on

  non-IT roles

• Familiarity with US hiring terms (W2, C2C, 1099), tax terms, and work authorization types (US Citizens, Green Card, H1B, etc.).
• Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working in
