Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Experience: 0-6 years

Location: Visakhapatnam

Skills: Skill Set: Looking for Freshers/ Experienced US IT Recruiters to work at our branch office in VIZAG.

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of IT roles and technologies: Familiarity with various IT positions such as software developers, system administrators, network engineers, data scientists, etc.

Technical terminology: Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, C#, etc.), software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and other technical tools and platforms.

Recruitment Tools and Platforms:

Sourcing Platforms: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice

Screening:

Screening: Ability to effectively screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
