Job Description

Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Night Shift - Fresher)

Job Location

: Anna Nagar, Madurai (On-site)

Work Hours

: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Salary

: ₹12,500 Gross / ₹11,000 Net Pay

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our US IT Recruitment team. This is a great opportunity to begin your career in the recruitment industry with proper training and hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates for US-based IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and understand US IT recruitment processes
Source candidates using job portals and internal databases
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Communicate with candidates over the E-mail and SMS
Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment records

Requirements

Willingness to work in night shift (7 PM to 4 AM, Monday to Friday)
Strong English reading, writing, and comprehension skills
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
