Role Overview:

We are urgently looking for a highly skilled and certified Soft Skills and VNA Trainer who can deliver world-class communication training under Certed HTD programs. The ideal candidate will bring passion, energy, and structure to the learning environment—developing job-ready talent for deployment in top organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver sessions on:

Soft Skills (communication, email etiquette, teamwork, time management, etc.)

Voice and Accent (neutralization, pronunciation, grammar, fluency)

Train candidates to meet corporate communication benchmarks.

Conduct pre-training diagnostics, ongoing assessments, and post-training evaluations.

Provide feedback and personalized coaching.

Align training outcomes with deployment requirements of partner clients.

Maintain structured reports, attendance, and performance dashboards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/postgraduate in any discipline.

Mandatory VNA Certification.

2–5 years of training experience in soft skills and/or BPO/corporate communication.

Experience in HTD or campus-to-corporate training is an added advantage.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong facilitation, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
