The Unit Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the unit/clinic, ensuring smooth workflow between departments, maintaining patient satisfaction, coordinating with staff, and supporting the overall efficiency of the unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth functioning of front office, nursing, and clinical teams at the unit.
• Monitor patient appointments, registrations, and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate between doctors, patients, and support staff for efficient service delivery.
• Handle client concerns, feedback, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain daily records, prepare MIS reports, and ensure accurate data entry.
• Oversee inventory, equipment, and supply needs for the unit.
• Support HR with staff attendance, leave management, and shift coordination.
• Assist in organizing training, audits, or other operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational protocols.
• Liaise with central teams (Accounts, HR, Admin) for smooth coordination.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle administrative systems and reporting tools (MS Office, Excel, etc.)

• Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
