About the Role

UI/UX Designer

You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user journeys that don’t just look great — they work great.


Role Description

  • Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI across web and mobile platforms
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas and improve designs
  • Translate complex concepts into simple, elegant interfaces
  • Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design
  • Advocate for user needs in all stages of the product lifecycle


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both visual and interaction design work
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
  • Understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Excellent communication skills — you can explain design decisions clearly
  • Detail-driven but not stuck on pixels — you care about usability, not just aesthetics


Bonus Points For

  • Experience with motion design or prototyping tools
  • Exposure to A/B testing or analytics-informed design decisions
  • Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS)
