Job Description: We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design or a related role to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer at EVERVENT, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our financial products. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, and possess a strong portfolio showcasing their UI/UX design skills and projects. Knowledge of HTML and CSS is considered a plus. Responsibilities: Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define user interface specifications. Ø Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Ø Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to enhance user experience. Ø Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, while adhering to design specifications and best practices. Ø Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design and incorporate them into projects when appropriate. Requirements: Ø Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (2-3 years). Ø Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Ø Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and projects. Ø Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus. Ø Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ø Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
