Job Title: UI Designer Job Type: Remote Department: Experience Design Key Responsibilities Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on clarity, usability, and aesthetics. Translate wireframes, user journeys, and business requirements into high-fidelity UI designs. Develop and maintain UI components, style guides, and design systems. Collaborate with UX designers to align visual design with user research and behavioral data. Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of interactive designs. Apply accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles across deliverables. Stay updated on UI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design output. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 4-5+ years of experience in UI design or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing interface design across various digital platforms. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Solid understanding of visual design principles—layout, typography, color theory. Experience designing for accessibility and responsive design. Nice to Have Experience working in Agile environments. Familiarity with motion design, micro interactions, or prototyping. Experience with design systems Understanding of front-end development and collaboration with developers. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Show more Show less
