UI UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Leverage your expertise in Figma to design and iterate on intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring both usability and visual appeal.
• Develop clear and comprehensive design deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and sitemaps.
• From initial concepts to final implementation, you'll see your designs come to life.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust design system.
• This includes creating detailed design specifications and guidelines that ensure design consistency and scalability.
• Integrate UX writing seamlessly into the design process, ensuring that textual content supports and enhances the user interface.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• You'll define and implement innovative UX/UI solutions that elevate the customer experience and propel our product forward.
• Analyze user feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements for the user experience.
• Participate actively in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to continuously refine and improve designs.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and techniques in UX/UI design to ensure the application of best practices.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, or product design, with a demonstrably successful track record within the SaaS industry.
• Strong proficiency in Figma is essential. Experience with other design tools (e. g., Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus.
• Proven ability to create high-quality wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, user flows, and sitemaps.
• A strong understanding of UX writing principles and their impact on the user experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you'll be working closely with cross-functional teams.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and a "get things done" attitude.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process would be a plus.
