Job Description

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and improve designs.
Optimize UI/UX designs based on feedback, data, and usability standards.
Maintain consistency in design by following brand guidelines and design systems.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

2-3
years of experience
in UI/UX design or a related field.
Proficiency in
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
.
Basic understanding of
HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
(a plus).
Experience with
user research, wireframing, and prototyping
.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly designs.
A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
