Job Summary

As a UI Designer, you will create high-fidelity, responsive, and visually consistent interfaces that bring complex functionality to life for end users. You’ll work closely with UX designers, product teams, and frontend developers to craft modern, accessible interfaces that function smoothly across devices and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Convert wireframes into visually polished mockups

Take UX flows and transform them into clean, professional screens with proper spacing, typography, iconography, and alignment.

• Build and maintain the design system

Contribute to reusable UI components and visual style guides to ensure consistency across products and modules.

• Design for accessibility and responsiveness

Ensure screens work across different screen sizes and meet accessibility guidelines without sacrificing visual clarity.

• Collaborate with frontend developers

Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the design is faithfully implemented, answer design-related queries, and provide assets or specifications as needed.

• Participate in visual reviews and feedback cycles

Present designs, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and iterate collaboratively to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Preferred Background

• 3–5 years in UI design for enterprise or workflow-based applications
• Strong skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator
• Good understanding of UI structure, layout grids, color accessibility, and spacing
• Experience working with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus
• WCAG/Section 508 familiarity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,557.32 - ₹43,889.31 per month
