Premier Technician – Bike (Two-Wheeler)🔧 Role Overview:A Premier Technician is a senior-level bike mechanic responsible for complex repairs, diagnosing advanced issues, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring top-quality service delivery. They represent a higher skill tier in two-wheeler maintenance and are often trusted with customer satisfaction, workshop efficiency, and technical escalation. ✅ Key Responsibilities:Advanced Bike Diagnosis Use diagnostic tools and manual inspection to identify issues in engine, electricals, and other systems. Complex Repairs & Overhauling Perform major repairs like engine overhauls, transmission issues, and advanced electrical faults. Periodic Maintenance & Servicing Carry out scheduled services including oil change, brake check, chain adjustment, and filter replacement. Quality Control Checks Conduct final inspections to ensure all service and repair work meets company standards. Customer Interaction (if needed) Explain technical issues to customers clearly and professionally when required. Team Leadership / Mentorship Guide and support junior technicians and assign tasks as per skill level and urgency. Service Documentation Accurately fill job cards, service reports, and maintain digital/physical records of work done. Tool & Equipment Management Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of service tools and diagnostic equipment. Workshop Cleanliness & Safety Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety protocols. Warranty & Insurance Jobs Handling Ensure warranty repair protocols and documentation are strictly followed. Spare Parts Knowledge Identify correct spare parts required for repairs and coordinate with the spares department. Customer Satisfaction Focus Ensure the vehicle is delivered in perfect condition and on time, with proper test rides before delivery. Continuous Learning & Updates Stay updated with the latest service bulletins, technical training, and model changes. 🔧 Skills & Requirements:Strong knowledge of two-wheeler systems (engine, suspension, brakes, fuel injection, electronics). Ability to read service manuals and use diagnostic tools. 3+ years of experience in two-wheeler servicing. Certification from recognized automotive training centers (optional but preferred). Good communication and teamwork skills.
