Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant - Airlines at Aviation Indeed in Gurugram. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and offering expert travel consulting services on a day-to-day basis. Roles & Responsibilities Mentor new joiners / BQ performers Respond to customers email/chat, and make outbound calls as appropriate Manage and resolve customer complaints Record customer queries/inquiries Identify and escalate issues to supervisors Research, identify and resolve customer complaints Route calls to appropriate resources Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Recognize, document and alert the management team of trends in customer calls Follow up customer calls where necessary. Educate customers on products and services information available, via alternate channels (self-service usage by customers) Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience in travel domain Experience in GDS software like - Amadeus, Sabre etc. Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills Experience in making Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations Customer Service expertise Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Knowledge of airline industry regulations and ticketing systems Show more Show less
